CEO, partner

A qualified economist with more than twenty years of experience in various positions within the Volkswagen Financial Services AG group, in particular in sales and marketing. He has perfect knowledge of retail, wholesale financing, and the inclusion of processes. He speaks fluent Czech, Slovak, English, and Russian.

Radek Sedláček

CFO

Already during his studies at the University of Economics in Prague, he worked at the Ministry of Finance. Then he started a financial career in the private sector. After that, he worked for Unicredit Bank and the German Sto Group as a financial controller. For six years, he was the CFO at MBA Finance and became the Deputy CFO of MBA Consult, a leading financial international group. He speaks Czech, English, Polish, and Russian.

Viktor Dokučajev

Viktor is a partner at Ta Meri Group. During his twenty-year career, he has established a financial group MBA Consult with a billion yearly revenue, which operates in twelve countries of Europe and Asia. He looks ceaselessly for new opportunities in trade and finance.

Patr Žáček

Petr develops long-term business relationships with partners and investors. Thanks to his thorough knowledge of the market in countries where the group operates and many years of experience in sales, he keeps establishing and maintaining business relationships with partners and investors. He is a professional salesman with clear goals. He likes simplicity and using common sense when solving issues.
